I’m a dedicated generalised healthcare professional, who enjoys focusing on addressing all aspects of family medicine, catering to patients of any age and stage, acute illnesses or ongoing support for chronic conditions. I highly value open communication, fostering long-term relationships with patients and working amongst the collegial team at Cashmere Health, the wider Health Care system and the community.

My journey into medicine began in my thirties, studying at University of Otago, earning a Medical Degree, Child Health Diploma and Fellowship in General Practice; following an initial career in teaching and outdoor/adventure education in a variety of regions throughout NZ and abroad.

I joined Cashmere Health in 2019, where I live locally and actively participate in the local community.

I highly appreciate my own health, my familiy’s health and the health of the community. I strive to understand the unique needs and preferences of my patients, aiming to achieve the best health outcomes for themselves and their families.
