Additional Services Fees

Cashmere Health like all Medical centres need to apply some extra charges to services
Unfortunately funding and subsidies are not enough for us to do all injections, tests and procedures free.

We would rather you were informed about these fees ahead of time, rather than shocked at the reception desk!
Please read more to see the full list and also the reduction in some cases for those with Community Services Cards

Optimising an Appointment

Time is really important when it comes to appointments. While we do our best to offer you our full attention, you can help by considering the following ideas…

Think ahead of time

When you book an appointment be clear about your needs
Try to be clear about your issues and concerns
Be honest with your doctor. They are not mind readers!

Lab Tests

Test results are an important part of your ongoing care. Routinely you will ONLY be contacted if your results require follow up and further investigation

If you are unsure about your results

  • Call reception and ask us
