Cancelling an Appointment

If you no longer need your appointment, please give us at least 2 hours notice by calling reception as we may be able to reuse the appointment time.

If you’ve booked your appointment through ManageMyHealth and would like to cancel, cancelling online is not currently an option. Please call reception.

Please do not email us to cancel an appointment as the email may not be read in time.

If you fail to attend your appointment or do not give us 2 hours’ notice of cancellation, we reserve the right to charge you for the full cost of the consultation.
